Not all alkaline water is the same. Here's a closer look at what makes our Natural, Classic, +Premium, Magnesium, and Hydrogen tiers different — and why customers reach for each one.

pH 7.5 – 8.5
Natural is our gentlest tier — a light lift in alkalinity above standard drinking water, plus electrolytes. It's the easiest tier to drink all day, every day, and a great starting point if you're new to alkaline water.
pH 8.5 – 9.5
Classic is our signature blend — noticeably more alkaline, ionized for a crisp, clean taste, and fortified with electrolytes. It's the tier most regulars fill their jug with week after week.
pH 8.5 – 9.5 · Mg 45mg
Our Magnesium tier layers 45mg of added magnesium onto ionized alkaline water. Magnesium is an essential mineral many people don't get enough of through diet alone, and it plays a role in muscle, nerve, and sleep support.
pH 9.5 – 10.5+
Hydrogen is available at the self-serve refill station and combines our highest alkalinity with infused molecular hydrogen (H2). It's the tier most requested by customers focused on athletic performance and recovery.
Beyond the differences between tiers, alkaline antioxidant water is a daily habit for many of our regulars.
Supports the body's natural processes for flushing out toxins.
Staying hydrated is a foundational part of any weight management routine.
Higher pH water may help buffer excess stomach acid for some people.
Added minerals contribute to overall daily mineral intake.
Ionization is associated with antioxidant-like properties.
Proper hydration supports healthy circulation.
Some customers report feeling hydrated more quickly than with standard water.
Especially reported with our Magnesium tier in the evening.
Good hydration habits support healthy-looking skin.

pH measures how acidic or alkaline (basic) water is, on a scale of 0–14. Plain tap water is usually close to neutral (around 7). Our tiers range from a gentle 7.5 up to a strong 10.5, so you can choose how much alkalinity fits your routine.
For most healthy adults, yes — alkaline water is simply water with a higher pH and added minerals or electrolytes. As with any change to your diet or hydration habits, it's a good idea to check with your doctor first, especially if you have a kidney condition or are on medication that affects your electrolyte balance.
All of our tiers are alkaline (ionized to raise pH). Our Hydrogen tier goes a step further by infusing molecular hydrogen (H2) gas into the water, which is why it's offered as a dedicated tap at the refill station.
If you're new to alkaline water, Natural or Classic are the easiest starting points. From there, many customers work their way up to +Premium or add Magnesium and Hydrogen for specific goals like recovery or sleep.
Bring your own jug (or grab one of ours), pick your tier at the tap, and fill up — you only pay for what you fill, by the gallon. Classic, +Premium, and Hydrogen are available at the self-serve station; Natural and Magnesium are available bottled.
Stop by the store, ask our team any questions, and fill up with whichever tier fits your routine.
